In a significant development, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) acquisition of Juniper Networks.
HPE, a leading business IT solutions provider, will gain complete control over Juniper through a reverse triangular merger, enabling Juniper to continue as a wholly-owned subsidiary under HPE.
