A new mobile application, Pan Car App, has been launched in Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh, aiming to revolutionize the local transportation sector by facilitating taxi bookings directly from homes.

Launched by Tourism Corporation Chairman R S Bali in Dharamshala, the app has been developed by enterprising local youth and promises to save time and reduce hassles for consumers. Bali lauded the innovative spirit of the young developer, highlighting how technology can drive self-employment and economic growth.

In addition to this, Bali also unveiled the Him-Access platform, designed to streamline access to various social security services provided by the state government, integrating them with current e-district offerings. The platform will consolidate multiple departmental services, making them accessible with a single click.
