Customer relationship management giant Salesforce has reaffirmed its commitment to empowering businesses of varying scales in North India through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation, the company announced on Tuesday.
This initiative supports Salesforce's broader aim of contributing to a USD one trillion digital economy by the end of this decade. Chandigarh is expected to play a critical role as an important emerging market for Salesforce's technological innovations in India, according to company officials.
Additionally, Haryana and Punjab have become leading startup ecosystems for Salesforce, further facilitated by significant skilling programs, market access initiatives, and extensive incubation and mentorship services. Salesforce's efforts are visibly paying off, with women making up 36 percent of participants in their skilling initiatives and active involvement from over 250 colleges in the region.
