Vietnamese electric vehicle maker VinFast announced its partnership with Global Assure to bolster customer service in India. This collaboration aims to provide comprehensive support services as VinFast launches its premium SUVs, the VF 7 and VF 6 in India, underscoring the brand's commitment to its customers.

Global Assure will handle essential services, including a dedicated 24x7 call center and nationwide roadside assistance, ensuring VinFast customers receive prompt and reliable support. The partnership aligns with VinFast's strategy to cater to Indian consumers with efficient, high-quality service offerings.

Alongside the service enhancements, VinFast is investing $500 million in a new manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu, projected for completion by mid-2025. This facility aims to produce 150,000 electric vehicles annually to serve both domestic markets and export destinations like the Middle East and Africa.
