Balu Forge Industries Ltd. has reported a remarkable financial performance for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, recording a 34.4% increase in revenue from operations. The company's EBITDA rose to Rs. 828 million, marking a 27.6% year-on-year boost, while PAT surged to Rs. 650 million, reflecting a growth of 35.5%.
The firm has made significant strides in its expansion plans with the greenfield facility in Hattargi, Karnataka. The setup is aimed at integrating captive forging and precision machining, augmenting both efficiency and capacity. Upcoming installations include a 25-ton forging hammer and an 8,000-ton press, expected to bolster annual production significantly.
Furthermore, the defence sector remains a strategic focus for Balu Forge. The company is advancing its tooling for Empty Shell production, aiming to produce 360,000 shells annually. As expansion plans remain on track, the company is poised for growth, underscoring its role in India's defence ecosystem.
