This independent organization, structured under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, seeks to reinforce the CISO's role as a key strategic leader in enterprise decision-making. The council is set to operate through regional chapters and working groups, facilitating collaboration across industries such as finance, healthcare, and technology.
