Para Light Electronics Co., Ltd., a leader in semiconductor packaging, has unveiled their latest innovation with the ThermaFlat™ series of SiC MOSFETs. Addressing longstanding thermal management challenges, this series maintains stable on-resistance across a broad temperature range from -25°C to +125°C, significantly reducing the risk of thermal runaway.

The standout models, PC021S065ANC (650V) and PD035S120ANC (1200V), exhibit minimal resistance increase and switching loss, setting new global standards for efficiency and reliability in high-stakes applications. These models essentially redefine operational efficiency in sectors such as server power supplies, PV inverters, EV fast charging, and industrial drives.

The incorporation of a Kelvin source pin within the TO-247-4 package allows ThermaFlat™ to achieve substantial reductions in switching losses, enhancing the Figure of Merit and system efficiency. This breakthrough positions Para Light's entry into the SiC MOSFET market as a game-changer, catering to the growing demand for efficient power systems.
