New Mi TV or Redmi Smart TV by Xiaomi on cards? Recent price cut in India fuels rumours

Xiaomi's Mi TVs are getting price cuts in India, just days after Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing hinted other smart TVs might be on cards. Mi TVs have been immensely popular in India and the sales run into millions of pieces.
Mi TVs come with impressive hardware, smart features and at prices that fit just right for the Indian market. The first Mi TV came with Xiaomi's own operating system and didn't support the Google Play Store or Services but was still a massive success. After that, Mi TV 4A series and Mi TV 4C series were launched with full Android support and they continued the successful legacy.
Now, Xiaomi might be looking at another upgrade to make the Android-based operating system even better but might experiment with screen sizes as well.
