UK rail workers' union to put new offer to vote

Members of Britain's RMT trade union will vote on a new offer from train companies which, if accepted, would pause disruptive strikes in the long-running dispute, the union and an industry group said on Wednesday.

The offer includes a backdated 2022 pay rise for staff and job security guarantees.
