The new product lines feature bread, cake, cookie, and donut mixes, as well as decorative icings. They also offer custard and cheese fillings, and a range of fruit fillings with high fruit content, catering to the growing 'clean label' demand in the baking industry.

Wang Xishan of Angel Yeast emphasized the company's commitment to innovative, sustainable, and high-protein products. Alexy Gourgourinis from BakeMark highlighted that this partnership will strengthen both companies' strategic presence in China and other regions.
