Realty firm Sattva Group has announced an ambitious investment of ₹12,000-14,000 crore over the next three years, aimed at bolstering its portfolio of housing, office, and hotel projects. The Bengaluru-based developer is in discussions with private equity major Blackstone to establish a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for commercial asset monetisation.

Sattva Group, which has successfully completed 140 projects spanning 80 million square feet over three decades, currently has 23 million square feet under construction and an additional 65 million square feet in the pipeline.

Addressing the press, Managing Director Bijay Agarwal expressed optimism about the real estate market, noting strong demand in the residential segment and a resurgence in office leasing. Agarwal also revealed the company's expansion into the Mumbai housing market and plans to publicly list its co-working and co-living ventures, Simpliwork Offices and Colive, in the coming years.
