Incuspaze Expands Co-Working Spaces in Gurugram Amid Rising Corporate Demand

Co-working firm Incuspaze has taken on lease around 5.8 lakh square feet in Gurugram to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces. The expansion includes 2.2 lakh sq ft in M3M's commercial project on Golf Course Extension and 3.5 lakh sq ft in Udyog Vihar.

In a strategic move to cater to the burgeoning demand for flexible workspaces among corporates, co-working firm Incuspaze has leased approximately 5.8 lakh square feet in Gurugram. This expansion underscores the company's commitment to providing exceptional managed office solutions.

Incuspaze's latest leases include 2.2 lakh square feet within M3M's commercial project on Golf Course Extension and an additional 3.5 lakh square feet in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. Sanjay Choudhary, Founder & CEO of Incuspaze, remarked, ''This move aligns with our growth strategy, aiming to better serve our clients.''
