Germany moves to sell or list SEFE, Boersen-Zeitung reports
The German government has started the process of an outright sale or stock-market listing of gas importer SEFE, newspaper Boersen-Zeitung reported on Friday, citing invitations to law firms to bid for roles in the transaction. The report said that SEFE, a former Gazprom division brought under Germany's control in the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, could be valued at about €6 billion ($6.75 billion).
