The Government of Kerala, in collaboration with IBM, has inaugurated India's first International Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Conclave. According to a press release, the two-day event in Kochi gathered renowned international and Indian technology experts, industry leaders, policymakers, and academics to explore GenAI's transformative potential.
The Conclave was honored by the presence of Kerala's Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Dinesh Nirmal, Senior Vice President of IBM Software Products, among other dignitaries. They discussed the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in GenAI, focusing on its role in fostering innovation across various sectors, including industries, government agencies, startups, and educational institutions.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan expressed Kerala's pride in hosting India's first GenAI Conclave, highlighting its importance in generating new ideas, collaborations, and innovations. He reaffirmed the state government's dedication to harnessing AI for sustainable development, governance improvement, and sectoral transformation.
