The families of Jamshyd Naoroji Godrej and Smita Godrej Crishna have purchased a 1.11 percent stake in Godrej Consumer Products for Rs 1,645 crore, aligning with a family settlement plan disclosed in April.

According to block deal data on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Jamshyd N Godrej, Navroze Jamshyd Godrej, Smita Godrej Crishna, Freyan Crishna Bieri, and Nyrika Holkar collectively acquired 1,13,92,858 shares, equating to the 1.11 percent stake. The shares were bought at an average price of Rs 1,443.90 each, totaling Rs 1,645.01 crore.

Simultaneously, RKN Enterprises, a promoter group entity managed by Rishad Naoroji, sold an identical quantity of shares at the same price. At the close of the March quarter, RKN Enterprises held a 1.31 percent stake in Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL), as per BSE shareholding data.
