Kolte-Patil Developers Reports 1% Growth in Q1 Sales Bookings
Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd reported a 1% increase in sale bookings, reaching Rs 711 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal year, compared to Rs 701 crore last year. Volume sales rose 3% to 0.96 million square feet. The average sales realization slightly declined by 2% to Rs 7,407 per square feet.

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd reported a marginal growth of 1% in its sale bookings, reaching Rs 711 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal year, maintaining strong housing demand. This is a slight increase from Rs 701 crore in the previous year.
According to regulatory filings, the company's volume sales rose 3% to 0.96 million square feet during the April-June period of the 2024-25 fiscal, up from 0.93 million square feet in the corresponding period the previous year.
However, the average sales realisation saw a small decline of 2%, dropping to Rs 7,407 per square foot from Rs 7,545 per square foot in the same period last year. Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers continues to be a leading name in the real estate sector, with over 64 projects covering more than 28 million square feet across Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
