NEW DELHI [India], July 23: As the USA celebrated its Independence Day, expatriate Bengalis witnessed a magnificent musical celebration at NABC 2024 in Chicago. This grand event featured a convergence of artistic talents from the East and the West, offering a unique cultural fusion on a global stage.

Inspired by the traditional 'Bangalir Baro Maashe Tero Parbon', the concert showcased renowned artists like Iman Chakraborty, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Somlata Acharyya Chowdhury, and others. 'Everything you can imagine is real,' said Partho Ghatak, Cultural Lead, thanking all stakeholders and curators for their contributions.

Jonai Singh, a key collaborator, praised the Chicago community for hosting the event. The concert, blending Eastern and Western musical elements, saw performances by the Chicago Chamber Orchestra and an American-Bengali choir. The event celebrated Bengali culture and musical heritage, honoring figures like Rabindranath Tagore and Swami Vivekananda.
