On Thursday, Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) announced a strategic partnership with Indian two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp, aiming to accelerate the growth of the startup ecosystem in Kerala.

The partnership, formalized on Wednesday through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by KSUM CEO Anoop Ambika and Hero MotoCorp's Chief Business Officer for Emerging Mobility, Swadesh Kumar Srivastava, marks a significant step toward fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the state.

According to the MoU, KSUM will curate and recommend startups that align with MotoCorp's focus areas, provide necessary resources, and organize knowledge sessions, workshops, and roadshows. Additionally, KSUM will extend financial assistance, grants, and incubation facilities to selected enterprises under the state startup schemes.
