Incuspaze Expands Premium Workspace Footprint in Mumbai

Co-working firm Incuspaze has leased 57,351 sq. ft. in Mumbai's Hiranandani Light Hall Business Park to meet rising demand for premium flexible workspaces. The expansion aims to support MNCs and FDI growth, with plans to add 2 million sq. ft. over the next two years in South India.

Co-working firm Incuspaze has secured a 57,351 square feet office area on lease in Mumbai, furthering its business expansion amid increasing demand for premium flexible workspaces.

The office space, located at Hiranandani Light Hall Business Park in Andheri West, spans three floors and can accommodate up to 800 workstations.

Recently, Incuspaze also leased 5.8 lakh square feet in Delhi-NCR and 1.15 lakh square feet in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a plan to expand its workspace portfolio by two million square feet in South India over the next two years.

Currently operating at 44 locations across 18 cities, Incuspaze manages 3.5 million square feet in total, aiming to revolutionize workspace experiences.

The Mumbai expansion responds to the increasing presence of multinational corporations (MNCs) and foreign direct investment (FDI).
