Heartwarming Aid Event Empowering Khair Village Children

An aid event sponsored by Hungry Mountain Restaurant in Khair village aimed to provide educational and living supplies to children, empowering them to chase their dreams. NEW DELHI: An aid event organized by Adnan Ansari and sponsored by socially-conscious enterprise Hungry Mountain Restaurant successfully took place in Khair village, approximately 30 minutes from Aligarh. The event's objective was to provide essential educational and living supplies to village children to help them better pursue their dreams.

The unwavering commitment of volunteers including Anjali Jain, Shefali Sinha, Ujjwal Nagar, Gaurav Shah, and Rupali Sri ensured the event's seamless execution. Backed by the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF), their efforts were instrumental in making the initiative impactful. Khair village was selected for this aid event due to its low-income families, whose livelihoods are primarily based in labor and service industries.

To address the scarcity of educational resources, organizers provided a range of supplies such as reading books, notebooks, attendance registers, pencils, pens, cooking oil, rice, lentils, and soft drinks to meet both educational and basic living needs. On the day of the event, children were delighted to receive the books and stationery, their faces lighting up with joy. Adnan Ansari expressed hope that this initiative would strengthen the children's educational endeavors and help them realize their dreams.
