DHR Global announces Srinivas Maddali as Managing Partner in its Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, and Private Equity Practice Groups based in Bangalore. Maddali, with over 20 years of industry experience, will enhance the firm’s growth in India. He previously held leadership roles in the APAC region and multiple global executive search firms.

Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global has appointed Srinivas Maddali as Managing Partner in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, and Private Equity Practice Groups. Maddali, stationed in DHR's newly established Bangalore office, will bolster the firm's ambitious growth trajectory in India.

With over two decades of industry expertise and a robust eight-year track record in executive search, Maddali brings invaluable experience to his new role. His career includes significant leadership positions in sales, marketing, and general management across India and the broader APAC region in medical technology companies such as Abbott Vascular and Spectranetics. As the former VP and GM at Z-Medica, Maddali managed commercial operations and strategic growth across the APAC region.

Before joining DHR, Maddali led executive search practices in India and APAC for global firms, successfully placing high-level executives. He previously served as Managing Director at Innotrove Consultants.
