Corporate India has reported the strongest hiring sentiments globally for the upcoming quarter, with 37% of employers planning to increase their staff strength, according to a recent survey.
The ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey Q4, 2024, which includes nearly 3,150 employers across various sectors, highlights that India's Net Employment Outlook is the highest worldwide at 37%, surpassing Costa Rica and the US.
The survey reveals that financial and real estate sectors show the strongest hiring intentions at 47%, followed by information technology at 46%. The Northern region of India leads in job demand with a 41% outlook.
