The Goa Investment Promotion Board has approved nine projects collectively valued at Rs 733 crore, with an estimated job creation for 2,319 people, a senior official disclosed.
Chaired by Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, the board discussed diverse investment proposals, highlighting projects in pharmaceuticals, warehousing, machine tools, and beverages.
Key expansions include Procter & Gamble's Gillette subsidiary and Zydus Lifesciences Ltd, with investments in multivitamin tablets, food-grade softgels, and Repsules manufacturing.
