Kalpataru Projects International announced a 3% dip in consolidated net profit, achieving Rs 139.59 crore in the December 2024 quarter. This is compared to Rs 144.07 crore the previous year, as revealed in their latest regulatory filing.
Despite the profit decline, total income increased to Rs 5,742.76 crore, reflecting a nearly 17% growth from last year's Rs 4,909.95 crore. The company has also substantiated its leadership by re-appointing Manish Mohnot as Managing Director and CEO for another three-year term, starting April 2025, pending shareholder consent.
In line with strategic enhancements, Deepak Sharma is named as Senior Management Personnel effective February 2025. The company's robust performance is underscored by an expanding order book, growing 19% year-on-year, reaching Rs 61,429 crore, and net debt pegged at Rs 2,694 crore. With operations in over 30 countries and a presence in 75, Kalpataru stands as a key player in the EPC sector.
