India should prioritize enhancing its foreign trade with bilateral agreements, according to the Swadeshi Jagran Manch (SJM), an affiliate of the RSS. This statement was part of a resolution passed at the SJM's national council meeting in Chhattisgarh.
The meeting, which took place over two days in Raipur, focused on strategies to strengthen India's economy in light of shifting geopolitical landscapes and the Trump administration's policy of imposing reciprocal tariffs on imports globally.
The resolution emphasized the need to protect national interests, particularly those of farmers and small entrepreneurs, when entering bilateral trade agreements, especially with the United States.
