On March 25, 2025, Mumbai's Walchand Hirachand Hall came alive as Kaivalyadhama celebrated its 100th anniversary with the launch of a commemorative coffee table book. Titled 'Kaivalyadhama - Synergising Yogic Traditions and Wisdom,' the publication captures the institution's century-long journey in yogic sciences and holistic education, underscoring its global influence.
The launch event was integrated with the Priyadarshni Academy's 41st Anniversary Literary Awards & Educational Scholarships Function, drawing luminaries from diverse fields. The book was unveiled by Chief Guest Shri Ashish Shelar, Maharashtra's Minister of Information Technology & Cultural Affairs, who praised Kaivalyadhama's contributions to the field of yoga and its scientific exploration.
Founded in 1924 by Swami Kuvalayananda, Kaivalyadhama has been at the forefront of yoga research, education, and therapeutic services, establishing a global presence from its base in Lonavla. The institution's CEO, Subodh Tiwari, expressed gratitude for the ongoing journey and highlighted the book's role in bridging traditional yogic wisdom with modern science.
