Ukraine Enforces Sanctions: A Move Against Foreign Companies
Ukraine has imposed sanctions on four companies, one Chinese and three Iranian, amid tensions over support for Russia. This decision, stated in a presidential decree, includes firms like Smart Kit Technology Limited and three Iranian enterprises. The move links to Ukraine's stance against China's and Iran's alleged backing of Russia.
On Friday, Ukraine announced sanctions against one Chinese and three Iranian companies, a move formalized through a presidential decree.
The targeted firms include Smart Kit Technology Limited from Hong Kong, alongside Alvand Motorbuilding Industries Company, Bonyan Danesh Shargh Private Company, and Pishro Sanat Aseman Sharif Private Company, all based in Iran.
While the decree does not specify the reasons for these measures, Ukraine has previously accused China and Iran of supporting Russia's ongoing war efforts, which may explain the country's latest actions.
