The remains of First Officer Clive Kunder, the co-pilot involved in last week's tragic Air India crash, were returned to Mumbai on Thursday morning. The flight, AI-171, was bound for London but crashed shortly after takeoff in Ahmedabad.

The ill-fated Boeing 787 Dreamliner led by Captain Sumeet Sabharwal and First Officer Kunder crashed into a medical complex, tragically claiming the lives of 272 individuals onboard and on the ground. The crash occurred at 1.39 pm, moments after the pilot issued a 'Mayday' call for a full emergency.

Kunder's family brought his casket to their residence in Goregaon West, where it was kept for mourners to pay their respects. The last rites were performed at Sewri Christian Cemetery, marking a solemn farewell to the officer.
