India's New Tech Collaboration: A Step Towards Electronic Excellence
Brandworks Technologies and DPIIT have signed an MoU to boost India's electronics sector. The partnership, aiming to support start-ups and MSMEs, will leverage Brandworks' resources and DPIIT's network to enhance innovation and production in India's growing electronics market, aligning with the 'Make in India' vision.

Brandworks Technologies, in collaboration with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), is taking significant steps to enhance India's self-reliance in technology. The two entities have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi, aiming to support startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs.
This partnership, in line with the Make in India vision, is designed to strengthen India's manufacturing and innovation capacity, positioning it as a valued partner in the global electronics value chain. According to Brandworks' CEO, Ishwar Kumhar, this agreement is vital in guiding emerging innovators through the industry's challenges.
The MoU establishes a framework where DPIIT's national ecosystem provides network access and program participation, while Brandworks offers resources, mentorship, and infrastructure. The collaboration aims to address India's electronic challenges by supporting hardware startups from inception to market, leveraging the current PLI schemes and global supply chain realignments.
