In a major move to alleviate traffic congestion, Maharashtra's Transport Minister, Pratap Sarnaik, has instructed the city's traffic police to prohibit heavy vehicles on Ghodbunder Road from 6 am to midnight. This decision aims to improve traffic flow in the bustling area.
The directive emerged from a review meeting focused on various city development initiatives, attended by key officials including Municipal Commissioner Saurabh Rao. Sarnaik, the local MLA, emphasized the importance of addressing these urban challenges.
