Mother Dairy MD Manish Bandlish Resigns: A New Chapter Ahead

Manish Bandlish, the Managing Director of Mother Dairy, has resigned from his position effective November 30, 2025. Mother Dairy, known for its vast milk supply network, acknowledged his contributions to the company's growth. In the interim, the responsibilities will be managed by the Deputy Managing Director.

Manish Bandlish, the Managing Director of Mother Dairy, has announced his resignation, effective November 30, 2025. Sources indicate that he plans to pursue professional opportunities outside the company. Bandlish's tenure at Mother Dairy began in March 2021.

Mother Dairy, a significant player in the country's milk supply chain with an annual turnover of Rs 17,500 crore, confirmed the development. In response to queries, the company extended its gratitude for Bandlish's efforts, which have markedly contributed to the company's growth.

During the transitional phase, the Deputy Managing Director will assume Bandlish's responsibilities under the board's supervision. Mother Dairy continues to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board, selling a range of dairy, edible oils, and horticultural products.
