JRB Group has set an ambitious target to achieve Rs 1,000 crore in revenues over the next five years. This goal is fueled by strategic expansion across its various brand verticals, including popular names like Sagar Ratna, Swagath, and Ocean World.

The Group's 2024-25 revenue was pegged between Rs 450-400 crore, with an annual growth rate of 12-15%. According to Roshan Banan, JRB Group's managing director, the company plans to double the number of Sagar Ratna outlets within the next three to five years.

In addition to domestic growth, JRB Group is eyeing international markets. Plans are in place for new Sagar Ratna openings in the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with further European and Asian expansion on the horizon. This aligns with their strategy of moving 80% of their business model to company-owned stores.
