Telangana Shines at Global Summit with Massive Investment Deals

Telangana has secured investment agreements worth Rs 2.43 lakh crore on the first day of its Global Summit. Deals include a Rs 41,000 crore media center by Trump Media, a Rs 10,000 crore entertainment township by Salman Khan Ventures, and a Rs 75,000 crore Deep Tech hub by Brookfield-Axis Ventures.

The Telangana government has marked a significant milestone by finalizing investment agreements totaling Rs 2.43 lakh crore on day one of the ongoing Telangana Raising Global Summit. The announcements were made on Monday, capturing the state's rise as an economic powerhouse.

Key agreements include Trump Media & Technology Group's commitment of Rs 41,000 crore for establishing an international media and smart technology center, promising to create numerous jobs in the region. Additionally, Salman Khan Ventures, led by Bollywood star Salman Khan, will invest Rs 10,000 crore in a special township and film studio.

Further highlighting Telangana's rapid progress, the Brookfield-Axis Ventures consortium will set up a global R&D and Deep Tech hub with an investment of Rs 75,000 crore. Other strategic deals, such as GMR Group's Rs 15,000 crore venture in aerospace, underline the state's stable industrial policy.
