The Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu has committed to taking strict measures against IndiGo following scheduling disruptions that caused hardships for passengers. Naidu's statement in Lok Sabha emphasized accountability as notices were issued to address the chaos.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has been proactive, reportedly instructing IndiGo to adhere to revised duty limitations and investigate their rostering flaws. Ongoing disruptions have prompted government efforts towards a robust aviation setup, urging competitive market policies.
