Bengaluru-based real estate giant Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has announced a remarkable 39% hike in its Q3 sales bookings, reaching Rs 4183.6 crore, driven by heightened demand for housing properties.
According to a regulatory filing, the company's sales bookings skyrocketed over two times to Rs 22,327.3 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal year. Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack praised the performance as a testament to the demand for the company's portfolio and its strong execution capabilities.
The firm's sales volume reached 2.99 million sq ft in Q3, with 1,811 units sold. Prestige remains a leading real estate developer with 310 completed projects and plans for 130 more, spanning key cities like Mumbai and Bengaluru, reflecting diversified geographical sales.
