Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has delivered a solid financial performance, reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs 1.24 crore in the third quarter, propelled by increased revenue.

In a dramatic turnaround from the Rs 16 crore loss in the same period last year, Smartworks' income surged 34% to Rs 488.14 crore, outperforming the Rs 363.62 crore in the previous year.

Neetish Sarda, the company's Founder and Managing Director, cited rising portfolio maturity and sustained demand from long-term enterprise contracts as key growth drivers, with operations across 15 cities in India and Singapore.
