In a tragic turn of events in Etah district, two separate road accidents have claimed the lives of three individuals, including a family duo, and left a nine-month-old girl injured, according to police reports released on Friday.
Near Doshpur village, within the Sakrauli Police Station jurisdiction, an unidentified vehicle collided with a motorcycle, killing 30-year-old Rakesh instantly. His uncle, Prempal, aged 52, sustained serious injuries and died en route to treatment in Agra. Both victims were residents of Nagla Bhikhari village and were returning from Mahapur when the accident occurred, as confirmed by authorities.
In another unfortunate incident near Khetupura village under the Jaitra Police Station limits, Neeta Devi, 35, from Puvaya village, fell off a motorcycle when it crossed a speed-breaker. Riding with her husband and holding their infant daughter, she suffered fatal head injuries. The baby has been hospitalized, and police efforts continue to trace the vehicle involved in the Doshpur accident.
