Radisson Hotel Group has announced plans to expand its presence in India by signing agreements for four new Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotels. These hotels will be located in Roorkee, Meerut, Asansol, and Airoli and are set to open within the next three years.
The company's strategy focuses on entering tier II and III markets that are underserved by branded hospitality options but show strong demand. Radisson has over 200 hotels in operation and development in India, over half of which are in emerging cities.
Meanwhile, Hilton has unveiled a new 116-key Hilton Garden Inn in Goa Calangute, marking its brand debut in the state. The new opening is part of Hilton's strategy to grow its Indian portfolio to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.
