Fatal Collision in Jharkhand: Four Dead in SUV-Truck Crash

In a tragic incident on Saturday, four people were killed when their SUV collided with a truck in Jharkhand's Hazaribag district, reported police officials.

The crash occurred at approximately 6 pm on NH-2 in Danua Valley, within the Chouparan police station's jurisdiction. The high-speed SUV attempted to overtake the truck, resulting in a loss of control and a severe collision.

Saroj Kumar Singh, the officer-in-charge, confirmed the SUV's Dhanbad registration and said the vehicle was extensively damaged. Despite the gravity of the crash, the deceased have not yet been identified. The bodies were retrieved from the wreckage and sent for post-mortem examination.
