LinkedIn's Job Search Safety Pulse report indicates a significant rise in awareness, showing that 53% of individuals are now more skeptical of job authenticity than they were a year ago. However, in a fast-paced job market, consistently acting on this awareness remains a challenge, particularly for those early in their careers.

Reportedly, Gen Z professionals are highly susceptible, with more than half having overlooked scam warning signs, attributing vulnerability to the urgency of securing career opportunities.
