Shares of Diamond Power Infrastructure soared by 10% on Thursday, elevating the company's market valuation beyond Rs 10,000 crore. The stock reached Rs 191.75 per share, marking its upper circuit limit on the BSE, while on the NSE it climbed to Rs 191.99.
Throughout the trading session, the company's shares hit a fresh 52-week high on both stock exchanges. By the end of the day, its market capitalization stood at Rs 10,117.32 crore on the NSE and Rs 10,104.67 crore on the BSE.
Trading volumes were robust, with 1.95 crore shares exchanged on the NSE and 4.77 lakh shares on the BSE. Meanwhile, benchmark indices closed positively; BSE Sensex rose by 789.74 points to 75,398.72, and NSE Nifty climbed 277 points to 23,689.60.
