Tragedy on the Ganga Expressway: Fatal Collision Claims Two Lives

A deadly accident on Ganga Expressway claimed the lives of a father and daughter in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. The collision involved two cars, a Volkswagen Polo and a Mercedes, police confirmed.
Kaila Devi police station's in-charge, Radheshyam Sharma, reported the Polo allegedly took the wrong route, leading to a crash with the Mercedes en route from Noida to Lucknow. Tragically, Arvind Kumar and his daughter Yamini, both residents of Chandausi, died in the incident.
Three passengers from the Polo and two from the Mercedes were injured, requiring hospitalization. Emergency services responded swiftly, transporting the injured to the district hospital. The Ganga Expressway, a significant roadway inaugurated recently, is under scrutiny for safety regulations.
