In a significant development for India's hospitality sector, CG Developers India, alongside the MLA Group, has announced its partnership with Marriott International to launch the JW Marriott Hotel Siliguri. The signing ceremony, held in Kathmandu, marks a pivotal step in CG Developers' expansion, further cementing its vision to offer luxury hospitality at promising locations across India.

Siliguri, strategically located as a gateway to Northeast India, Nepal, and Bhutan, is set to host this new luxury hotel. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Himalayan foothills, JW Marriott Hotel Siliguri aims to provide a serene and refined escape for visitors. It promises an array of amenities, including 150 meticulously designed guest rooms and suites, four distinct dining options, a signature spa, outdoor pool, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

Varun Chaudhary, Managing Director of CG Developers India, emphasized the project's significance in boosting tourism and business travel in the region. Meanwhile, Sushil Agarwal of MLA Group highlighted the venture's potential to create economic opportunities and its commitment to enhancing Siliguri's growth.
