Alliance Air to launch flight to Bengaluru, Pune from Belgaum
Alliance Air, the regional arm of national carrier Air India, Wednesday said it will start flight operations from Belgaum to Pune and Bengaluru with flights six-days per week, effective May 15. The new services are being introduced under the Central government's regional connectivity scheme, Udan, Alliance Air said in a release.
The services on both the routes will be catered by a 72-seater ATR. According to the release, flight 9I-513 will depart from Bangalore at 2.15 pm and arrive at Belgaum (Karnataka) at 3.40 pm from where it will depart at 4.05 pm and arrive at Pune at 5.20 pm.
Its Pune flight 9I 514 will depart for Belgaum at 5.45 pm and arrive there at 7.05 pm, it said adding it will depart from Belgaum at 7.30 pm and arrive in Bangalore at 9.10 pm on all days except Tuesday. Alliance Air has so far launched services on 29 regional routes under the Udan scheme, since its launch in April 2017, the release said..
