Russia's Transneft not ready to back higher Belarus oil tariffs - Ifax

Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Thursday it was not ready to agree on an increase in Belarusian oil tariffs, the Interfax news agency reported.

Minsk last month proposed raising its transit tariff for Russian oil by 21.7% to compensate Belarus for a major oil contamination earlier this year.
