Berend Odink appointed as United Breweries CFO

Beer maker United Breweries Ltd (UBL) Thursday said it has appointed Berend Odink as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. The board of the company in a meeting held Thursday has appointed Odink as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from August 15, 2019, UBL said in a regulatory filing.

"Odink is nominated by Heineken (Promoter) as successor to Steven Bosch, the erstwhile CFO," UBL said. Odink joined Heineken Amsterdam in 2004 as Business Analyst, Global Business Development and thereafter worked in various capacities with Heineken, it said.
