HK Joshi to continue holding additional charge of Shipping Corp CMD

State-owned Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) on Thursday said its Director Finance HK Joshi will continue to hold additional charge of the CMD. Joshi took over as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the shipliner on September 11, 2019.

"HK Joshi, Director (Finance), SCI will continue to hold the additional charge of the post of the CMD, SCI for another period of 3 months with effect from December 12, 2019 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest," SCI said in a filing to the BSE. Joshi joined SCI as Director (Finance) on February 5, 2015. Prior to this, she was General Manager (F&A) in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Mumbai in the Offshore Engineering Services wherein large mega offshore construction projects are handled.
