Matrimony.com inks pact with Bharathidasan Institute of Management to upskill its executives

Matrimony.com has signed an agreement with Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli to offer a special skill development programme for its executives, the matchmaking service provider said on Wednesday.

The blended programme aims to develop the leadership capability of the executives and build future leaders of the organisation, a press release said.

''We are excited to partner with BIM to impart a curated programme to our future leaders to provide skills and knowledge they need to be successful. This programme will be delivered in a blended format...to learn the concepts in the areas of deeper analytics, efficiencies, data driven decisions (on campus) and to apply the same in the special projects allocated to them to solve organisational challenges,'' Matrimony.com Chief Human Resources Officer Rajesh Balaji said.

BIM Director Asit K Barma said, ''We are excited to have this MoU with Matrimony.com, where both parties can experiment, learn and unleash the power of data and build non-linear business models.'' The memorandum of understanding was signed between the two entities on June 15, the release said.
