CBI Takes Over NEET-UG Scandal Probe Across Multiple States

The CBI has re-registered five cases, including ones from Gujarat, Bihar, and Rajasthan, and is likely to include another from Maharashtra’s Latur.

According to officials, these cases involve impersonation and cheating by local officials, invigilators, and candidates. The CBI will conduct a thorough investigation as requested by the Union education ministry, which aims to uncover the full extent of these irregularities.
