Galgotias University Launches Pioneering 'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training' Program

Galgotias University inaugurated a two-day 'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training and Exposure' program sponsored by the Ministry of Education, India. The event covered essential entrepreneurial topics and featured key figures like Dr. VK Arora and Mr. Praveen Kapoor. The program aimed to inspire creativity and innovation among participants.

Galgotias University proudly inaugurated a transformative two-day ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training and Exposure’ program today. Sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and supported by AICTE, the comprehensive agenda tackles pivotal subjects like Udyam Registration, Startups, Pitch Deck Development, Business Model Canvas Creation, Innovations in Education, and Intellectual Property Rights.

The dynamic training saw active participation from distinguished faculty members of institutions across Uttar Pradesh including Gautam Buddha University, Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raghunath Girls Post-Graduate College, Tika Ram Kanya Mahavidyalaya, and S.S.V.P.G College. Dr. VK Arora, CEO of IGDTUW Anveshan Foundation, delivered an insightful keynote on Udyam Registration and Effective Pitch Decks, offering a deep dive into startup creation and development.

The second session featuring Mr. Praveen Kapoor, Co-founder of BeBOSS Technology, provided a detailed examination of Business Model Canvas preparation. Participants also explored Galgotias University's extensive facilities, which include the Herbal Garden, Incubation Centre, and Fabrication Lab. Chancellor Shri Suneel Galgotia emphasized creativity’s role in entrepreneurship, while CEO Dr. Dhruv Galgotia highlighted the art of starting and managing new businesses. Director of Operations Aradhana Galgotia noted that embracing creativity enables entrepreneurs to face challenges and seize opportunities.
